GLOSSARY
After the Fact
An after-the-fact application concerns work carried out before the required approval was obtained. The reviewing authority determines the documents, inspections and corrections needed.
Detail
About After the Fact
Existing-condition drawings can support the application, but recording completed work does not automatically approve or legalize it.
FLORIDA PERMIT DATA

Counts are not additive: a permit can match more than one term. Adding category counts can count the same permit more than once.
